Animal Jam Crafts: RIM Craft Nerd Glasses

Here is how to make Rare Nerd Glasses for your doll or LPS

Materials:

•  Pencil
• Scissors
• Markers (pink, yellow, black)
• Tape 
• Scrap of white paper
• Black paper
• Toothpick
• Glue (Suggested glue: Hot glue gun)
• Wire *Optional*

1. Measure the size of the lens you want to use on your doll or LPS. 

2. trace a lens bigger than the original along with two long lines and a brim for a nose

3. Fold the black paper in half and trace template onto it (brim should be at the crease!)

Now it should look like this

 4. Cut the toothpick about 1/3 of the way down.

 5. Color it to look like a pencil

 It should look somewhat like this :3

 6. Hot glue the pencil on the right or left of the glasses (**Adult supervision recommended**)

 7. Cut a long strip of white scrap paper and wrap it around the brim, gluing it on the inside

Now it's coming together!

 8. For the lens fold a piece of tape in half then cut it a small size (NOT smaller than the lens hole)

 8. Glue both the lens on the backside of the glasses.

You can also glue wire to help succure the glasses when they are on the LPS or doll!
