Alright, Where Is The Underwater Pet Shop?

Really. Where is it? I can remember that there WAS a pet shop for underwater pets. But the only item that was in it was a cage. Am I remembering correctly? Or am I crazy? Or am I both ;)? Was there EVER a pet shop underwater, or was that a DREAM of mine?

    Yup, theres a pet shop in Crystal Reef. Its called Flippers ’n Fins and you can buy underwater pets there. :3
